Rental Conditions:

$175.00 Cleaning Fee; $250 Refundable Security Deposit.
Must be 25 Years to Rent.
A Valid Credit Card for Security Purposes Will Be Required with Final Payment.
50% Deposit is Due Immediately Upon Booking, Must Be Check, Cash, or Money Order.
Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations within 4 to 2 weeks of arrival will be refunded if Vacation home is re-rented!
Cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival will forfeit deposit.
$50 fee for any and all cancellations!!! Change of vacation home or change of dates is considered a cancellation and fee does apply!!!
We accept Visa/MasterCard & Discover Only. 3% processing fee on all reservations, waived if paying by check, cash, money order. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
