Bring your canoes and kayaks and enjoy the serenity of the calming waters of Mercer Lake or launch your boat at the local dock and test your skills, fishing for that trophy bass, perch or trout. This 2200 square foot, two-level home has vaulted ceilings with cedar inlays and a full spacious kitchen with amenities to prepare most of your favorite meals. The spacious dining and living areas open up to views of the lake and offer plenty of room for your entire group to relax and enjoy this Mercer Lake gem. The KI-WA-ICH Lake House on Mercer Lake is located 5 minutes north of Florence on the quiet southern shore of the Mercer Lake. For those who love the sand, bring your quads and ATVs to the sand dunes just a couple minutes south of town. Visit Old Town Florence and explore the wonderful bistros, restaurants, galleries, and shops along Bay Street. Just a few minutes north along the coast and you’ll find fun in the sun and surf at the fabulous Heceta Beach and of course don’t forget to visit the world famous and most photographed Heceta Head Lighthouse as well as the Sea Lion Caves! Parking for KI-WA-ICH will easily accommodate 3 cars in dedicated spaces as well as possibly 2 to 3 more in the 50 foot driveway. Secure your toys in the 1 car garage! This home is easily accessed off of Mercer Lake Road with the public boat ramp just a minute away.No vacation home is complete without a canoe!! There is 1 canoe that the Kiwaich Vacation Home provides for your enjoyment!! For your convenience an assortment of life preservers are also provided. The comfortable living room has plenty of room to relax while enjoying your favorite movie on the 32 inch flat screen TV with a DVD and VCR. On those chilly evenings perhaps fire up the duraflame-only wood stove while watching the sunsets of purple and gold across the lake.
