The Hayhurst Cottage resides on the Hayhurst Estate. Access to the beach is via a shared stairway down to the beach (50 Steps). The Cottage property is not exclusive as the Estate Home (See The Hayhurst’s on Searose Beach) adjacent to the cottage may be rented independently of the cottage which shares the backyard and the stairs to the beach. The Hayhurst Cottage on Searose Beach is located just 5 minutes South of Yachats and 18 minutes north of Florence, 3 minutes north of Cape Perpetua and west of coastal highway 101. Visit Yachats and explore the wonderful bistros, restaurants, galleries, and shops. For fine dining, the Adobe Restaurant just a few minutes north offers exceptional food with an ocean view from every table. For those who love the sand, bring your quads and ATVs to the sand dunes just south of Florence. Don’t forget to visit the world famous and most photographed Heceta Head Lighthouse as well as the Sea Lion Caves! Located between the quiet picturesque towns of Yachats and Florence, the Hayhurst Cottage on Searose Beach is a one-of-a-kind vacation rental experience! The cottage includes a Queen Bed, Table w/2 Chairs, Laze Boy Recliner, Reading Chair, Cable TV w/VCR, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Grill Plate, Plates and Utensils for 2, Bath w/Walk-In Shower. Prime Season Rate includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Valentine’s Day $40 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee, $20 Pet Fee per Day
3% Processing Fee, $250 Security Deposit, Must be 25 Years to Rent
A Valid Credit Card for Security Purposes will be required with final Payment and Check-In.
A 50% Deposit is due at the time of booking, must be check, cash or money order
Final Payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations within 4 to 2 weeks of arrival will be refunded if vacation Home is re-rented!
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded! Sorry!
$50 fee applied for all cancellations.
