The Outlook at Heceta Beach is a fantastic 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath Beach House right on the sand and surf that comfortably sleeps 10 people. With panoramic windows and a full deck across the length of the house, just walk out the sliding door to fabulous sights and sounds of miles and miles of pristine beaches found nowhere else in the Great Northwest.

This fabulous 5 star split level home comes complete with all of the appointments and amenities such as upgraded appliances, custom oak cabinetry and granite counter tops and floors. With panoramic views of the Pacific coast line from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom, the Outlook at Heceta Beach is one of the few vacation homes on the Florence coast right on the beach.

Wind down the day watching magnificent sunsets of orange, gold and pink right from the comforts of your own home. Cozy up to a warm crackling fire or perhaps watch your favorite move on Dish TV or DVD.

The kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare most meals including a countertop range with a convection oven. Enjoy your morning coffee watching for whales and beach combers from the breakfast nook that seats 6. For the whole family, that spacious bar and granite countertop can easily seat 5 adults with plenty of elbow room.

Enjoy your meals family style at the picnic table out on the deck. Savor your food while having a birds- eye view of the pristine coastline, the gentle beach grasses swaying with the breeze and above all enjoying the sights and sounds of the sea birds and surf.

For those who like to venture out, step off the deck to a gentle sand trail winding down to the beach. The one-of-a-kind coastline offers miles and miles of pristine beaches as far as the eye can see. Enjoy your morning stroll or perhaps a jog that others can only dream about.

For those who like to BBQ, enjoy the gas grill under the under the covered patio in front of the house where you can also enjoy your meals outdoors, family style with the picnic table.

For those who love the sand, bring your quads and ATVs to the sand dunes just a couple minutes south of town. Visit Old Town Florence and explore the wonderful bistros, restaurants, galleries, and shops along Bay Street. Just a few minutes north along the coast and you’ll find world famous and most photographed Heceta Head Lighthouse as well as the Sea Lion Caves!

For the avid fisherman, test your skills on one of the 27 lakes in the Florence area sporting some of the best trophy bass. Still trying to land that trophy Steelhead, well don’t forget salmon season on the Siuslaw River.
