Cancellations within 4 to 2 weeks of arrival will be refunded if Vacation home is re-rented!
$50 cancellation fee for any and all cancellations.
Change of vacation home or change of dates is considered a cancellation and fee does apply!!!
No refunds for Early Departure or Cancellations within 2 weeks prior to arrival! Sorry! A 3% Processing fee added to all reservation requests!!
