Prime Season Includes Valentines Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Pet Fee: 2-3 days $15/day; 4-30 Days $60 Flat Fee; 30 days or more-$100 Flat Fee

$250 Refundable Security Deposit. Must Be 25 Years to Rent.

Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations within 4 to 2 weeks of arrival will be refunded if Vacation home is re-rented! No refunds for cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival! Sorry! $50 Cancellation fee for any and all cancellations!! Change of vacation home or change of dates is considered a cancellation and fee does apply!!! 3% processing Fee on all reservations! Processing Fee waived if paying with Check, Cash or Money Order!!! All Applicable County and State Taxes Apply!!!
