This place is amazing! From the outside, as we drove up, we were not sure we had made a great choice, but as soon as we walked in the door until the day we left we loved this place! It is newly remodeled with impeccable decor. Everything is high quality inside and so comfortable. The master bedroom is small but has a big closet. It is so cute and tastefully done the size doesn't matter at all. All the dishes etc. are very nice and it is really nicely equipped. It is in a very beautifully wooded and secluded area, yet it is less than 3 minutes to Fred Meyer's and the North end of Florence. Munsel Lake is beautiful and within a very short walking distance. The only drawback would be that it is right next to the gun club and and gun shots can be heard pretty constantly throughout the day, but everything, including price, made is so worth it we will definitly return and refer our friends. Honeyman State Park is a short drive and staying at the Lazy Bear, you can have all the fun at the park without all the hassle of camping! The hid-a-bed in the living room has a wonderful, thick mattress that was very comfortable for our daughter and her husband. Perfect place for 2-4!!!!! I am VERY picky, and my husband is borderine OCD for cleanliness!

We rented Q's Landing. The most serene and beautiful place I have been in a long time. It was perfect for our family reunion. Right on the Siuslaw River, we made friends with the people across the river and...a couple of river otters that came by in the mornings to check us all out. The House itself was more that comfortable, everything and more than we expected. Beautiful furnishings and the view was just amazing...Thank You so much.. we will use Coastal Prop Mgmt again..maybe for our next reunion in 2012..The King Family

Terrace View Estate
Wonderful family vacation spot, July 26, 2010
We had a wonderful time with our family at this beautiful lake view estate. The kids and adults alike had a wonderful time kayaking, paddle boating and just simply jumping off the dock into the refreshing lake. The house was terrific. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes. It had plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to choose from. Our teenage girls staked out the room at the top of the house right away. It was a perfect hideaway for teenage girls. The family room on the main floor was wonderful for family gatherings. The main deck had lots of chairs for everyone to enjoy outdoor dinner and just lounging around talking in the great weather. Night time fires on the lower patio were our family's favorite time. Lots of laughing and story telling. The hike down to the lake was the only challenge we had for a couple of our older family members, but the kids made the trip several times during the day while the adults lounged on the patio and dock. Great place, great trip!

Thank you for a wonderful time at the Vista Point Lakehouse. We took full advantage of the kayaks and canoe and had a blast. We visited the dunes and rode on the buggies there. It was such a thrill.
Thanks again for coordinating with the owner on giving us the kayak/canoe access. If in the future we have need of a vacation home, we’ll be sure to contact you.
