I would recommend this company for vacation rentals. I have stayed numerous times and have been impressed with their excellent customer service. This summer we checked in on a Saturday only to find an issue with the stove, called the emergency number and the problem was addressed immediately. Because they have impeccable customer service I will return time and time again!!

We rented Q's Landing. The most serene and beautiful place I have been in a long time. It was perfect for our family reunion. Right on the Siuslaw River, we made friends with the people across the river and...a couple of river otters that came by in the mornings to check us all out. The House itself was more that comfortable, everything and more than we expected. Beautiful furnishings and the view was just amazing...Thank You so much.. we will use Coastal Prop Mgmt again..maybe for our next reunion..The King Family

My husband and I have stayed at the Moonset house at least 5 times now, and we love it! We often rent it for our anniversary or a birthday getaway without the kids. The house is very unique. I love the sunken kitchen and the wood stove and the sleeping loft. The bed is sooo comfortable! I always sleep so well in it. The pictures don't quite convey how private the property is. You can't see another house from anywhere on the property. And, although the highway is right there and you get some highway noise, the trees and underbrush block it from view so it feels very private. It's hard to find a vacation rental without close neighbors, so this is unique. I love the sauna and the hot tub and the outdoor shower! It's like staying at your own personal spa and it doesn't even matter if the weather is cold. In fact, it makes the hot tub out on the deck even more fun when it's chilly. It's a fun hike down to the beach, although you have to walk along the highway for a little bit and climb over the guardrail to get to a trail that goes down through the dunes. You have to be a little adventurous to get there, but it's worth it. The beach is always totally empty. We've never seen another person on it. One thing I would note, though, is that although they list this place as sleeping 4, it only really comfortably sleeps 2. The other sleeping space besides the king sized bed in the loft is the pull-out couch and we tried it and it was pretty uncomfortable. However, we rented it once with our kids in the summer and we just brought a tent and pitched it on the deck for them and they loved it. Overall, we adore this place and plan on coming back again and again!

Beautiful view from all of parts of the Vista Point Lakehouse, surroundings were quiet, peacful and relaxing. The size and layout of the house are most accommodating for three famlies. We had six adults and three teenage children and there was plenty of "house" and outside space for everyone. Both kitchens were adequately supplied with the best. Only suggestion would be a few more dinner plates, bowls, mugs and a coffee keeper in the upper kitchen would eliminte the need to run up and down the stairs for utensils. Only thing we had to buy was paper towels as there were only two end of the rolls available. Our overall experience was "perfect." Thank you to the owners for sharing their delightful vacation hideway with our family.

We had a wonderful time with our family at this beautiful Terrace View estate. The kids and adults alike had a wonderful time kayaking, paddle boating and just simply jumping off the dock into the refreshing lake. The house was terrific. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes. It had plenty of rooms and beds for everyone to choose from. Our teenage girls staked out the room at the top of the house right away. It was a perfect hideaway for teenage girls. The family room on the main floor was wonderful for family gatherings. The main deck had lots of chairs for everyone to enjoy outdoor dinner and just lounging around talking in the great weather. Night time fires on the lower patio were our family's favorite time. Lots of laughing and story telling. The hike down to the lake was the only challenge we had for a couple of our older family members, but the kids made the trip several times during the day while the adults lounged on the patio and dock. Great place, great trip!
