Nestled on a large corner lot with an abundance of vegetation and landscaping, enjoy the view of gently swaying trees and flora as you wind down the day. When taking a break from the fun on the coast, watch your favorite shows on the 36-inch plasma TV with DVD and Dish Network. Several family friendly movies are available for your enjoyment.
Enjoy your morning coffee outside either on the private deck just off the master bedroom or the large landscaped yard with table and chairs.
Rest and relax in the master bedroom with its elegant queen-sized bed. This spacious suite offers an oversized sliding door which opens to the patio. You will also have your own 36-inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and plenty of cabinets and drawers for storage along with a master bath complete with walk-in shower.
